We now offer online enrollment/re-enrollment via FACTS! (RenWeb and FACTS are now being referred to as just FACTS so please note that moving forward they are the same program/website)

Current Students: Re-Enrollment

If you would like to re-enroll online click here to visit FACTS and login using your existing login information/account. 

To access Family Online: (Formerly Parent Web/Portal)

  • Please go to
  • Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Online from the drop-down menu.
  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
  • After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment link.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains additional permission forms that must be submitted each year. Please note that while you will enter some of this information in the online form, there are a few specific forms that must be submitted in hard copy. These forms are found under the Enrollment Permission Forms tab on our website. These can be printed, completed, and scanned back to us via scoker@ncrjhs or mailed to the school directly. When emailing, please indicate student name and  2020-2021 in the subject line. 

The system system will walk you through and should then bring you to a review page prior to submission. Once you submit, you will be asked to pay the $275 enrollment fee online at that time. If you would prefer to pay by check, you can simply save your completed application and send the payment by mail.

**If you prefer, you can also still enroll via the paper packet by clicking the PDF below, printing, and returning to the school.

NOTE***Both enrollment methods will require that you visit the tab “Additional Enrollment Permission Forms” to complete and print a few of the permission forms where original signatures are needed. These can be scanned back to us at (please include your student’s name
