Ben Jablonski, founder of BUILD, an international non-profit program focused on bringing dignity and coexistence to Israelis and Palestinians , spoke to students at Nashua Catholic. This visit was the culmination of a unit on human dignity studied in Theology classes. Jablonski spoke on the conflict between the Israelis and the Palestinians and how this unrest affects the people and their access to resources such as water and energy. BUILD has arranged a partnership between two farming communities, one Israeli and one Palestinian. These communities work together to make a product that will symbolize their cooperation to the world. The product is a date-and-dark-chocolate energy bar called the BUILD bar.
