Extended Day Services

                              Extended Day Services
The school day begins at 8:00AM and ends at 2:30PM.
Students who need to be dropped off early and/or picked up late can take advantage of our Extended Day Services.

MORNING CAFE:

  • Open 7:00AM-7:45AM daily.
  • Students should enter through the Cafeteria entrance from the parking lot.
  • Students may bring breakfast, work on homework, or just socialize.
  • No additional fee. This service is included with tuition.


AFTERNOON CAFE:

  • Open 2:45PM-3:30PM daily (except on early dismissal days).
  • Students should wait in the Cafeteria until their rides arrive.
  • Parents should drive down to the cafeteria windows on Bartlett Avenue to pick up their student.
  • Students may bring or purchase snacks, work on homework, socialize, play games, or do crafts.
  • No additional fee. This service is included with tuition.
  • Students who do not leave by 3:30PM will be signed into Extended Day.


EXTENDED DAY:

  • Open 3:30PM-5:30PM daily (except on early dismissal days).
  • Students should wait in the Cafeteria until their rides arrive.
  • Parents should drive down to the cafeteria windows on Bartlett Avenue to pick up their students.
  • Students may bring or purchase snacks, work on homework, socialize, play games, or do crafts.
  • Weather permitting, students may go to the gym or outside to play sports.
  • FEES:
    • $10 (60 minutes or less)
    • $20 (over 60 minutes)
    • Additional fees are imposed for parents who collect their student after 5:30PM
  • Services are not paid for on the spot; families will receive a bill for hours used with each report card.

Before and After School News: 11/12

 As winter approaches, please remember: 

    1.    If school is delayed 90 minutes, Morning Café begins at 8:30am.
    2.    If school is released early, (or after school activities need to be cancelled) due to an impending storm, please note that Café/Extended Day/GOALS will also be cancelled. 

 ***Please make alternate transportation arrangements now for weather events.  We want all students, families and staff to get home safely ahead of poor weather conditions***

 3.    Now that is getting dark earlier, please be sure to park along the black fencing in front of the three large Cafeteria windows when you come to pick up your child so we can see you. 
 
 
***If your child has a cell phone, s/he may use it (with permission)

    after school to communicate with you (receive/make calls)

    regarding transportation arrangements/pick up times.
