Nashua Catholic Boys’ Soccer Wrap Up 2016 Season

A beautiful fall day with plenty of color on the tress and our eighth grade boy’s last game playing for Nashua Catholic set the stage today at 466 Main Dunstable Rd.  The boys’ soccer team last game of the season, and rematch to Iber Holmes Gove Middle School of Raymond ends in a 0 – 0 tie.  The strong Raymond soccer team that beat our wildcats’ boys’ soccer team earlier in the season couldn’t get the ball by our goal keeper Reilly Hansen this afternoon.  Today’s game was an “up and down the field” type of game as our boys had many opportunities to score but it just wasn’t to be.  Every player today was a MVP candidate at certain times during this hard fought match and I cannot single out any one Nashua Catholic competitor as the star of the game.  The rock solid defensive line once again foiled several golden scoring opportunities by being aggressive, smart playing and hard work.

I am going to miss coaching this great group of boys and wish each and every one of them success in the future.

Check out these great photos from the 2016 soccer season.
